Health Equipment Lending Program

**Please Use Main Doors of Church**

 
Monday, Wednesday
& Friday:
9:30 am – 1pm
Borrow ~ Return~ Donate**
(Closed Holidays – and Inclement Weather procedures follow ISD 2144 – Chisago Lakes)
 
  • Equipment is borrowed on a first come first serve basis.
  • No appointment necessary
  • No cost to borrow items.
  • Items can be borrowed for up to 6 months.
  • You may send someone in your place should you not be able to pick-up equipment personally. 
 
** Donated items MUST be clean and in fully usable condition**
 
 Examples of items available: 
Wheelchairs, Shower chairs, Walkers (2 and 4 wheel),
Commodes, Toilet Risers, Canes, Bed Rails, Knee Scooters.
 
 
 
Examples of items
HELP cannot accept:
 
Hospital Beds, Recliners, Cpap machines or supplies, Boots or fitted shoe/boot devices, Depends or like items,  Oxygen machines/suppies, electric wheelchairs.
